小知識:  牛板腱部位位於牛的後腿部，靠近蹄部。這個部位主要由肌肉、結締組織和腱組成，因此肉質較為結實，富含膠原蛋白。牛板腱所含膠原蛋白較多，牛肉質中間含有肉筋，這使牛板腱不僅有牛肉的鮮嫩口感 

建議解凍方法:

把肉從冰櫃（-18℃）放入雪櫃（4℃），待1天，讓其自然解凍
