1.冷藏解凍法(最安全)將凍肉連包裝放入雪櫃冷藏室(約4°C一般需 310 小時,視肉塊大小而定;

 

2.  流水解凍法(快速)將凍肉密封在保鮮袋中,放入流動冷水中沖洗解凍時間:約 1小時注意:水溫需控制在 18°以下,避免細菌滋生
